Q1. Do You give free trial ? A. Yes. Two days free trial will be given in NCDEX. We do not give free trial in MCX at present.
Q2. Do. You give intra- day calls ? A. Yes. We are giving intraday as well as positional calls in NCDEX as well as MCX.
Q3. What is your success ratio ?
A. A minimum 80% in NCDEX and 70% in MCX success ratio are maintained at maximum point of time.
Q4. Do you provide SMS service ?
A. Yes. We do provide SMS service and yahoo messenger service. Charges for the same are already mentioned in Subscription charges.
Q5. When does the account gets active after payments ? A. Within an hour account will be active and you can utilize our services.
Q6. Do you suggest when to book profits and exit ? A. Profits should be booked as per your judgment, However targets are given. Also, you should exit as per your judgment. However, Stop loss has to be strictly followed.
Q7. Can we ask recommendations on Phone ?
A. No. Only in emergency you can call us at our office number. Any emergency calls or exit calls will be given to you vie SMS during market hours.
Q8. Can we deposit cash in your account ? A. Yes. You can deposit the cash in our account mentioned in Payment option. You can also send us PAY ORDER or DD on the name of KRISHNA ENTERPRISES. Payable at Ahmedabad.
Q9. What is your suggestion in trading in commodity market ? A. Make stoploss in every trade.
Q10. How much calls per day will be given by you ? A. Its depend. From 2 to 8 calls every day will be given in NCDEX. In MCX it will be 2 to 7. Depend on market.
